Fix the hole in my head!!

So, I discovered a sore on top of my head--and it turned out to be basal cell carcinoma.  Luckily, it is the non-agressive type of cancer and I am now cancer free!  Because it was a nickel sized hole in my head, I had to go to a plastic surgeon to get it fixed.  It was rather extensive surgery--in fact, Dr. Bruggeman said he wished it were anywhere else on my body than on my head.  After the surgery I had a ton of bandages!  I felt like a mummy!! 

I do have insurance, but with the deductable and all, it's still an enormous amount of out-of-pocket money.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
