Hi all,

I've decided to run a 6-week online health and fitness course in aid of the 'Do it for Dan' fundraising campaign. Like the whole country I have been deeply moved by Dan's story and want to help. 

This is the course that I was running last year and it includes:
- a weekly full-length workout video (suitable for all fitness levels)
- a weekly meal plan and shopping list (all food can be bought in your local supermarket)
- a recipe book that includes simple, healthy meals and snacks 
- a private Facebook support group

The cost to join is a €30 donation to this fund (it previously cost €65 so a great deal). Entry to the course will close on Sunday 19th of April. 

To join you must:
1. Make the €30 minimum donation (in the same name as your Facebook account please so that I can cross reference your donation with your request to join).
