Fisk's Dental Bill (and other awaiting funds)

Alright, I'll keep it short. I've been waiting for a ton of claims and loans to come in, and for many of these, I've been waiting nearly four months. I kept putting off getting help because I thought it'd be a waste of other people's time and money, but my savings have started hemorrhaging, and I really need your guys' help.

I've been waiting for 10k worth to get to me, but I'm at the tipping point and I can't wait much longer. But I can't ask that much of you all, so I'd at the very least like to pay off my credit card, which is at 3.5k since I paid for this semester of school.
