Fire-Water Home Repair for Kyle & Tiffani Recchia

Everybody that knows Kyle and Tiffani Recchia know their home has always been open to others, no matter where they have lived, but their purchase this past summer of their dream home on 13 heavily-wooded acres - their "treehouse" - in the mountains of Colorado, with a view to die for, was not only intended to be a sanctuary for their own family, but for anyone else that needed to spend time in a breathtaking setting, among nature - and many have already taken advantage of that in just the short time they have owned it.
Kyle and Tiffani, and their family of three boys - soon to be four! - are so blessed to have an income that can provide a home like this, but since they moved in this summer they have dealt with a septic issue that caused the finished downstairs to flood four times, and now the massive Colorado fires have wiped out most of the trees/foliage on their acreage, as well as the free-standing office cabin Kyle had built this summer. God, through the incredible firefighters, spared their home, but so many of their neighbors lost everything.
Families on the ridge are now coming back, assessing the damage, and getting ready to begin the cleanup/rebuild that is ahead of them.
This GoFundMe page is being set up for Kyle and Tiffani because of the flood damage to their home, the fire damage to their property, and the massive damage to their community on the ridge.
Yes, insurance will cover some, but they have very high deductibles and have already spent thousands on the flooding, are having to rebuild the flooded area inside the home - and now they need more equipment to handle the fire cleanup outside - for themselves and their neighbors.
Everyone in their community pitches in and helps one another when they can, but many lost everything, including their equipment, and they all face such a great task ahead of them.
Equipment needed:
* trailer to haul debris
* snow plow - the neighbors who were going to provide that lost everything and
will not be living there again until possibly Spring
* bring in more dirt to replace what was dug out by the firefighters/retaining wall
* bring in rock and railroad ties/retaining wall/fill
* chainsaws
* building material - replace office cabin
* plants to replace trees and foliage, for erosion control
* replacement of funds from flooding that was not covered by insurance
Anything Kyle and Tiffani have is always available to others, and they give of their time, talents, finances...whenever they can, to help whoever they can, whenever they can. I know some will want to give back to them during this difficult time in their lives, and every amount will be equally appreciated, no matter how small.
