Help Fiona O'Connor feed Tortola

When Fiona started Captain's Kitchen in Tortola, she was pursuing her dream. Hurricanes Irma and Maria have turned daily life on her home island into a nightmare. But, with no reliable power or water or even decent shelter, she has banded together with others to figure out a way to continue to help to feed the people in the community any way they can. And, she is doing it with Fiona's characteristic good humor and spirit. She needs help getting her kitchen up and running. Let’s help her as she focuses on recovery and helping those in her community. She is feeding people for free every day she can and donating time and resources to community organizations. She also needs to rebuild her severely damaged business. Your donations will be used for both worthy causes.


This is the house of one of Fiona's friends. They hid in the small bathroom that is still standing until the eye of of the storm passed over, then they ran for safer shelter.

The British government is airlifting limited supplies onto the devastated island. The normally busy ports have been severly damaged.
