Our two planters at the Junction of Kingsbrook Rd and Athol Rd are looking really sad and are in desperate need of some new soil, bulbs and plants. I’m looking to make better use of them for everyone to enjoy.

Depending on funds raised, I'm aiming to create something thats low maintenance, ideally evergreen with some spring and summer flowering bulbs. If possible, some herbs, edible flowers and fruits for everyone to use.

I would welcome help from anyone who’s interested in getting involved, whether it’s helping remove and get rid of existing soil/weeds, planting new plants or maintaining/watering the planters throughout the year.

Any donations remaining following initial plants purchased will be used to refresh the planters as needed.
