Fight with FLY

Most know David Landry as Fly aka T.H.E
F.L.Y. aka Billy Ray Valentine
Most do know that our super chill, laid back friend has been battling with cancer for most of this year. It started with a gland tumor in his tear duct that grew to a very large mass. The diagnosis: a very rare form of cancer. The mass was both protruding from his face and pushing on to his skull and brain. Fortunately, the cancer did not spread to his brain or other organs. With prayers and the hard work of a surgical team, David underwent a 16 hour surgery on 8/16/18 to have it removed. He lost an eye, part of his palate and a few teeth but not his spirit and personality.
His fight however, is not over. David will have to undergo continued treatment, including chemotherapy and the doctors say his road to recovery could be years.
Please help join the fight with our dear friend to help him during this time as he continues treatment. His estimated medical expenses and we project will be extremely high. It’s not easy to ask for help, but we want to support David at a time when he can’t support himself. Please help us ease our friend’s financial burden so he can focus on recovery. Anything helps. If you are unable to donate, please at least share his story and get the word out.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
