We are twin sisters, Denise and Ellisa. Our dad passed away due to a deadly cancer. We are left without extra savings. Poor mom is now a widow caring for our family. We live in a tiny place with our cousin, brother, mom and blind grandma.
Denise and Ellisa are 8th graders attending Jefferson Middle School in San Gabriel , CA. We are interested in Social Studies, Government, Science and U.S. History. We have achieved excellent academic standards and received highest grade in the class.
Our school is organizing a trip for us to visit Washington, D.C. June 6 to 13, 2015 for educational learning skill. This trip gives us an opportunity to see the world. We will gain additional knowledge by meeting people, touring places, discovering new things and learning different cultures. Most importantly, it gives us hope about our future, so that we can become outstanding leaders and valuable contributors in our society.
The trip to Washington, D.C. for both Denise and Ellisa requires a total of US$6,000. Your generous donation is highly appreciated. Please spread the words and help us raise the fund!
