Fernandez and Martinez Family and Funeral

Hello, my name is Andrea and I work with a loveliest, sweetest mother named Sarah Martinez. She has two young boys, JJ and Lincoln. Yesterday, Sarah’s partner and the boys’ father, Jason Fernandez lost a very long medical battle.
