Patrice's fight for her life

My mom, the bravest woman I know has been diagnosed with extensive small cell lung cancer. The extensive portion of the diagnosis, means the cancer has already spread to both her chest lymph nodes as well as her liver. Patrice has already begun treatment, which is aggressive chemo therapy. She does chemo 3 days in a row, every third week, for 6 cycles. This intensive treatment leaves it impossible for my mom to work, she is constantly fatigued, and has a daily struggle with pain and nausea. She I s only able to be up and around for minutes at a time. As many of you know disability only pays a portion of ones income, therefore we are struggling financially at this time. The medical bills are starting to come in and, as a family, we could use all the help we can get.
