Eye surgery for Marley

Marley is in need of eye surgery to prevent him from loosing his eyes. He has a genetic disease of chronic dry eye and his medicine is no longer working. 5 meds 3 times a day. The surgery is to reroute saliva glands to his eyes to provide constant moisture. Without this surgery he will have to have his eyes removed. His eyes are in pain but he still can see, not well but better than if they take his eyes. The surgery will greatly reduce his meds and provide him comforts so he can keep his eyes. We are a family of 7 and Marley is one of our two dogs. Marley was rescuded  from a horrible breeder who treated him poorley. He came to us 5 years ago a scared and sad puppy. He soon became a loving addition to our family. A few months in our home we found out about his eye condition. We have spent much time and money to give him the best care he could get, sadly it has come to a point were the meds are no longer enough. The cost for the surgery is to great for our family to endure and we desperately ask for help for our sweet boy. He had a very rough start in life and now is in a loving home and is such a huge part of everything we do. He deserves this chance to help his eyes and have a better quality of life. He has many more years ahead of him and this surgery will greatly increase his quality of life.
