Hi, my name is Jackie. I have been friends with Lisa, Evans Mom, for 15+years.

Evan started having seizures after a vaccine injury. He needed his first Brain surgery in 2011 where they removed his temporal lobe. Evan now is 14 and has Cerebral Palsy. Unfortunately he started seizing again last year.  Evan has already been to his neurosurgeons and has had his MRI and consult. 

His surgery date is April 6th,2022. The doctors are moving fast as his balance is gone and he has intense pressure in his eyes. They will need 2-3 days of monitoring his pressure with a fibre transducer in his skull. They will decide at surgery date what is the best action moving forward.

Evan and his family don’t qualify for Ronald McDonald home in Edmonton and will need to stay up to 10 days in a hotel close to the hospital.

Normally, you would never see them asking for help. Lisa has helped this community for years, always going out of her way to make sure all her friends and family are well and safe. So this is a way I can try to help Lisa, Earl, Evan and Aiden.
