Please Help Save HELENA'S Life

My nephew's daughter, Helena Koplah Wollor, was recently diagnosed with TETRALOGY OF FALLOT, a rare and life threatening heart condition. At only two and a half years old, Helena is battling for her life. Her condition is caused by a combination of four heart defects which do not allow enough oxygen to circulate throughout her body; therefore, she faints frequently, turns blue and cannot maintain a healthy and regular eating schedule. Without surgery to fix her heart, Helena will not survive. As Helena and her family live in Liberia, a costal West African country, she must travel to India to receive proper treatment for her condition. Additionally, Liberia does not have universal health coverage so all health associated costs must be payed for by the patient and their family. Helena's treatment will require her to leave her home of Liberia WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH to travel to India for her surgery and treatment. As she is still an infant her parents must also travel with her. The funds raised through this GoFundMe page will relieve her family of the financial burden and make it possible to pay for the trip to India, the cost of surgery and all post operative care and checkups that will be needed. We appreciate all you can give to help my nephew cover the cost of his daughter Helena's surgery. Your support will help Helena to live a long and healthy life. Helena is too young to be suffering as much as she is because of a financial burden. Thank you so much! Every penny means so much to Helena, myself and our family!! It would be appreciated if you could share my niece's story via social media as well. Thanks again and I wish you and your families the happiest of holidays!
