Don protégé
**We are grateful he survived, but he has a long road ahead. Please help us support Eric in his recovery.**
On September 22, Eric was involved in a very serious auto accident (as luck would have it, it was also his birthday). He was removed through the roof of his truck and taken to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington, before being life flighted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Eric was on life support for three days and sustained numerous injuries; a concussion, punctured lung, fractured sternum, three broken ribs, two fractured vertebrae, fractured wrist, shattered hip socket, fractured pelvis and shattered ankle. He has undergone three surgeries to date with more scheduled.
Eric continues to recover and we are very optimistic about his future, however, once the reconstructive surgeries are completed, he will be moved to a rehab center and will be out of work for an indeterminate amount of time.
He is a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. We are hoping these proceeds will help him with medical bills and general living expenses. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
We will be forever grateful for the first responders and medical support staff that helped Eric the day of the accident, and for those who continue to do so in the hospital. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
