Equip Kai for Success: Film Equipment

Hey everyone! My name is Kai Turner, an actor/editor/cinematographer from Dallas, Texas. I've been fortunate enough to be able to follow my dreams and go to school in Norwalk, Connecticut to pursue a career acting in TV and film. On May 3rd, I graduated and now, I'm reaching out to my community because I need your help.

The next big step for me is moving from the east coast all the way to the west coast. In that process, finding work isn't the easiest. I've spent the past few months doing what I can to help ease that transition and part of that has meant turning to my other skills: editing and cinematography. I thought, "what better way is there to fuse these skills and stay artistic but making my own content?" This gives me the opportunity to showcase all of my skills at the same time.

In order to fully make that next step, I need equipment, most importantly, a camera. With your help reaching my goal, I'd have enough to get a camera and fix my set up with better lights and sound quality.
