Winston’s Fight for Sight – Surgery Support
Don protégé
Winston, a grey-and-white Norwegian Forest Cat, has endured years of pain due to entropion, a condition where his eyelashes curl inward, constantly irritating his eyes, causing infections, and making it difficult for him to open them. If left untreated, entropion can lead to permanent vision loss.
Winston’s journey has been a mystery—he was found in someone’s garden, barely moving, his eyes struggling to stay open. We don’t know what he’s been through, but his past may have been filled with suffering. Now, he needs life-changing surgery to ease his pain and restore his eyesight.
We are raising £3,500 to cover his surgery, post-operative care, and medication. Without this urgent treatment, Winston’s condition will only worsen.
Winston also suffers from Pillow Foot (Pododermatitis), a condition that makes his footpads extremely sensitive and painful, making walking difficult. Unlike entropion, Pillow Foot cannot be cured—but entropion can. Surgery will give Winston the chance to live without constant eye pain, making a huge difference in his quality of life.
With your support, Winston can finally experience comfort and a happy, healthy future. Every donation, big or small, helps bring him closer to the care he desperately needs—thank you for being part of his journey!
