Enabling educational dreams for Tony’s kids

Donation protected
We are all saddened by the death of Tony Bradshaw. Tony was the main provider for his four children. To those who wish to support the memory of Tony and continued education and support of his children, this GoFundMe has been created.

We do not know what the costs of these things will be in the future for the four kids. We do know their dad loved learning and educating and would want his kids to learn all they could about themselves and others and this world he loved. The funds will begin to be used before the kids reach college. Funds will be for things like tutoring, extra curricular school activities, summer programs and at least one education oriented trip for each of Tony’s kids. The trip will be at or after age 17 to a destination outside the United States. We envision things like a trip to Europe to experience the culture and visit museums or a trip to a country in Asia to experience the culture and learn how to cook a favorite dish from that country. The goal is to enable Tony’s kids to dream big and reach far.

This GoFundMe and funds received will be administered by Tony’s brother, Josh Bradshaw. The surviving family is hopeful for what collectively we can do for the bright minds of each of the kids and hope to enable a legacy that will honor Tony and all who support his children. Thank you to those who have reached out asking for a way to help. To all who will give a gift to the kids, thank you.

Tony’s Obituary

Tony Brian Bradshaw was born in Beaver, Utah, on April 8, 1982 to his loving parents, Roger and Colleen Bradshaw, his older brother, Joshua, and later to come, sisters Angie and Jeanne.

Tony is survived by his children, Liahona, Micah, Adam and Abigail, and their mother, Emily Wheeler Bradshaw; his loving spouse, Leonard KC Barro; his parents, Roger and Colleen Bradshaw; his siblings Joshua, Angie and Jeanne; his grandparents, Howard and LaVern Bradshaw and Arthur and Marsha Rybin as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tony passed on from this life at the age of 41, with his husband KC by his side, on August 13, 2023, from natural causes.

Tony loved his family, music, and was generally happy and easy going. In addition, he was funny, had a giving heart, was kind, a hard worker, and full of love overall. While growing up, Tony and his siblings and cousins wreaked their own sort of havoc together in fun and adventure and they would spend much time with extended family and friends, near and far. He was loved by everyone who knew him. In his youth, Tony moved with his family to California. It was here he realized his deep and lasting love of music, water, and his desire to be a teacher. One day at the beach, Tony was instrumental in saving a young man’s life who had been stuck under pounds of sand. He and his friends worked tirelessly, without losing faith. He will always be remembered as a hero. He continued his selflessness in serving, teaching, sacrificing, and loving the people of Madagascar and South Africa for 2 years in a church mission. He also took fatherhood to his sweet children to be a labor of love. Tony, simultaneously to jointly raising his children, worked toward a Master’s Degree in Music Education and other interests to facilitate music learning. He later found KC and they happily married. Tony will be remembered as being lots of fun and adventurous throughout his life. He will be missed as a loving father, husband, son and brother. He will also be remembered by many as a grandson, cousin, nephew, friend and teacher.
