Huge thanks to everyone that has donated so far!
COVID-19 is certainly affecting all of our lives! There's so much uncertainty, but it's the perfect time to connect with your fellow human (from an acceptable social distance, of course).
Our employees at Planter's House and are like family to us. We love them with our whole hearts. On March 16th, when we made the difficult decision to temporarily close the doors to ride out this pandemic, the hardest part of it all was having to lay off all of our employees. We're trying to do everything we can for them in the meantime, giving them food and love and resources...but we can't do it alone.
A lot of you have asked what you can do to help. The best way to help our businesses is to help us help our people. If you love Planter's House, Small Change, and the amazing people who create the magic there, then please dig deep into your heart and help us keep them in kibble! We'd love to raise $1000 for each of our 22employees (if we can!). I will be collecting the money and distributing it to our employees. They can then use it to pay bills, buy food, etc.--for whatever their immediate needs are.
Whatever you can donate is greatly appreciated! We can't wait to serve you a delicious cocktail or two when we reopen!
