Emergency Housing Funding for Suzy Rozman

Hello! My name is Paula, and I am helping my friend Suzy Rozman raise funds for her emergency housing issue. Because of stage-3 breast cancer treatment and chemotherapy, Suzy has been unable to work as a kindergarten teacher and is currently behind in her rent in Los Angeles, CA. As you know, rents in Los Angeles are high, and on top of medical debt, she will also have to deal with her physical recovery. Cancer is stressful both mentally and physically. I would like to, and many of her friends would like to help Suzy get through this.

We believe that many hands make light work. But times are difficult, and even with many friends helping Suzy out through doctors' appointments, food drops, and moral support, we still need some extra hands to help.

By meeting the $5,000 goal, we will be able to make her rent current for November 2022, and this amount will also help with her food and electric bills. She is currently applying for all the social services she qualifies for, but bureaucracy is slow and sometimes very non-empathetic. We will also fundraise through other means, such as craft and bake sales. Suzy makes Christmas ornaments and bakes cookies! Please help out however you can. It is very much appreciated.
