Emergency fund 4 Cherrie & fam

I have been asked by several friends to make a go fund me account so that they can help. I was extremely reluctant because I hate asking for help and burdening others. But I'm told by friends that this isn't a burden that I should struggle with alone because our family is struggling so much right now. 

I was a stay at home homeschool mom and my husband was the only income coming in. My husband has a degenerative spinal disease. Doc said it was severe spinal stinosis along with a few other issues in his spine. This is the first of more surgeries to come. Doc has deemed him unable to work for quite awhile.  I had to put my boys back in school, get a job ( which i absolutely LOVE btw) but unfortunatly i make 3 times less what my husband made working. We've used up anything saved to survive. I will be looking for a second job but first i have to take care of my husband while he heals. Doc said this wasnt a routine surgery that there is a lot more going on. Ive had to take a leave of absents from work to help my husband get up and down and manover around till he heals. Doing so has really put us way under. 
We are about to loose our lights, i have rent that i cant pay, our car insurance is past due, and our car payment is due. Ive asked to get an extention for payments on both but was denighed. If i loose the car i will loose my job. I have no one to take me to work daily, take my kids to school, take us to Johnnys dr appts or shopping etc. ,our animals are out of food and litter, were out of nessecities like toilet paper etc.. We are in a really bad spot...
