Emergency Food Relief for Starving Families in Gaza
Donativo protegido
Enough is enough! We can’t keep losing our people and counting the bodies we have lost.
My name is Natalia Agena, I live in Canada and I have many friends and family that are in dire need of basic human needs: food, clothing, medical supplies.
I will be working alongside my sisters Natasha and Lamis Agena, as well as friends and charities in Gaza that will ensure that the funds we raise will efficiently and effectively reach as many civilians as possible.
Each person has a future, hope, that things will change and that they feel the sense of freedom once again.
Gaza is bleeding, and the world cannot look away any longer!
There is no greater pain than knowing your loved ones are starving, and you are helpless to feed them. Right now in Gaza, my family and friends are not just suffering — they are enduring the unimaginable. Children are going to sleep hungry, not because they were picky or didn’t finish their plate, but because there was no plate to begin with. Babies are crying through the night, not from discomfort, but from deep, aching hunger their mothers can’t soothe. Parents are breaking down in shame as they watch their children grow weaker, thinner, quieter — robbed of the vitality and innocence every child deserves.
The shelves are empty. The streets are in ruins. Food is either completely gone or sold at impossible prices. Even a single loaf of bread is considered a blessing, shared by entire families. My relatives have told me they now ration a piece of bread for an entire day. Others eat only once every two or three days. And still, they are some of the lucky ones. The desperation is so widespread that people are boiling herbs, grass, or drinking salt water just to quiet the pain in their stomachs.
This isn’t a temporary hardship — this is a humanitarian catastrophe. Children are developing signs of malnutrition. Pregnant women are collapsing from weakness. The elderly are wasting away. Families are not only grieving those they’ve lost to violence — they are now watching their loved ones slowly waste away from hunger. And the world is watching. But I can’t just watch. I have to do something — even if it’s small. Even if it’s just one more meal for one more child.
I am raising money to buy food — real, nourishing, essential food — for my family, their neighbors, their children, and anyone else we can reach. Rice, flour, oil, canned food, formula for babies, bread for families — the simplest things are now the most urgent lifelines. Your donation will go directly to these essentials. Not to overhead. Not to vague causes. But to hands that are trembling from hunger. To mouths that haven’t eaten in days. To hearts that are clinging to hope.
The people of Gaza are real. Their hunger is real. And my family is among them. With your help, we can bring relief to children who haven’t tasted a full meal in weeks. We can help parents hold their heads a little higher, knowing their child won’t go to bed hungry tonight. We can bring life back to the most basic human need: food.
If you’ve ever wondered how to make a difference in a crisis that feels too big, this is how. One meal. One donation. One share. One act of compassion at a time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for caring, and for giving. May your kindness reach the people who need it most.
