Fundraising 60k to rebuild Embajada Migrante

We are putting on a fundraising campaign aimed towards rebuilding the Embajada Migrante Shelter in Playas de Tijuana operated by our organization, Border Angels. We want to triple capacity to 100 beds, which will require tearing it down and building it back up.
Immortal Technique,hip-hop artist from LA, was generous enough to donate $8,500. Kids of Immigrants so kindly matched this donation plus an extra $1000, and we cannot be more thankful for the generosity of all these amazing people. Help us impact the life of one immigrant and let the power of one show.
Shelter director Hugo Castro said the show of support for the new and improved shelter demonstrates that “Love truly has no borders.”
