My dear and loving Mother & Father-In-Love, Elsa and Raul have been enduring some of the most difficult times with their health and because of their frail health and hospital stays they have fallen under some deep financial strain.
As most of you know Elsa has been in and out of treatment for her ovarian cancer since 2009, which we thought she had completely defeated with her surgery & Chemotherapy session . Unfortunately it came back with a vengeance in 2016, She has done extensive treatments and endured many surgeries. The recent Immunotherapy Treatment was unsuccessful and she has started another aggressive chemotherapy session. This cancer is relentless and we pray for her to continue to fight and have the endurance and strength to defeat this nasty disease.
To all of our disbelief, my Father- In- Love, Raul is now very ill. In the past Month he has had severe weight loss due to an unknown illness. Raul recently suffered several mini strokes on 10/31/18 , he also has a tumor in his stomach and some new heart arrhythmia's that need to be addressed. He is hospitalized at Baptist Hospital in Kendall. While we currently await the prognosis and treatment, we feel it would greatly help them to be able to focus on their recuperation and not have to worry about where the next mortgage or hospital bill will be paid from.
They NEED our help!
Elsa and Raul are the strongest most amazing people I know, and anyone that knows them will agree that they are so generous and so loving! They have always put others first and have worked so hard their entire lives. They haven't had an easy life. Its been hard and they've had to climb out of some deep valleys, but they have always stuck together and shown us that Love Conquers ALL!
Lets rally around them in this time of need!!! Please help them by showing them your support in this very hard time. Everything we can do to help and to surround them with love in this deep valley is what is most important so they can focus on beating these illnesses!

Mis amados segundos padres, mis suegros, Elsa y Raúl han estado enfrentando una serie de eventos relacionados a su salud que los han llevado a estadías en hospital las cuales a su vez han producido una crisis financiera de magnitud indecible.
Como muchos de ustedes saben Elsa ha estado batallando valientemente cáncer de ovarios desde el 2009. Luego de cirugías y tratamientos de quimioterapia pensamos que la lucha había terminado. Desafortunadamente en el 2016 la enfermedad regresó con más fuerza. Ella ha continuado esta dura batalla la cual trajo más cirugías y más tratamientos con quimio. El más reciente con inmunoterapia, él cual no trajo los resultados esperados. El pasado mes de Octubre, una nueva ola de tratamientos de quimio comenzó. Este es un cáncer agresivo y continuamos en oración para que Elsa tenga las fuerzas y resistencia que necesita para continuar esta ardua batalla. Y que ella reciba nuestro amor y solidaridad para así vencer esta terrible enfermedad.
Al finalizar el mes de Octubre recibimos la desagradable e inesperada noticia que mi segundo padre, Raúl, ahora está sufriendo los efectos devastadores de una serie de problemas de salud. Raúl ha sufrido una serie de pequeños derrames los cuales han dado comienzo a innumerables pruebas y procedimientos, los cuales lo han mantenido hospitalizado en el Hospital Bautista de Miami en Kendall. Cómo familia nos encontramos unidos y en espera de los diagnósticos médicos y tratamientos a seguir. Mientras tanto, nos gustaría que ellos estuviesen completamente enfocados en su recuperación y respectivas batallas de salud, sin tener preocupaciones adicionales cómo de dónde vendrá el dinero para pagar los gastos mensuales como lo son su hipoteca y gastos médicos.
Ellos NECESITAN nuestra ayuda!
Elsa y Raúl son las personas más maravillosas y fuertes que conozco. Y todo aquel que los conce estarán de acuerdo cuando digo que son tan generosos y siempre llenos de amor por los demás. Ambos siempre le dan prioridad a las necesidades de otros antes que a las de ellos mismos y toda su vida han trabajado arduamente para construir nuestra familia. Sus vidas no han sido nada fácil, pero juntos han trabajado duro y han podido superar valles y montañas a través del tiempo. Con esa actitud nos han demostrado que el AMOR lo puede TODO!
Les pido que en este momento nos unamos y les cubramos con nuestro amor y les proveamos la ayuda que necesitan. Es nuestro deseo proveer tranquilidad en el aspecto financiero para poder darles algo de paz en estos momentos. Cualquier ayuda es agradecida. Nuestra familia está unida y queremos ayudarles a combatir y a sobrepasar este valle tan profundo en el cual se encuentran en este momento.
