We are excited for the return of Orange You Happy on October 24th and We need your help in raising funds for t-shirts so we can invite more volunteers!  In only 10 events we made points of contact with over 5,000 people and had nearly 100 volunteers participate. We expect our next year to reach even more!

Our event is called Orange You Happy! As the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, we work to diminish the stigma related to Mental Illnesses by changing the conversation. We hit the streets on the fourth Friday of every month of citrus season to greet people with an orange and wish them a happy Friday! Vitamin C is related to increased dopamine production which relates directly to mood and wellness. This mood boosting event brings smiles to the community and shares with them the natural mood enhancing qualities of Florida Citrus.

We reach out today to discuss opportunities in which you can participate and increase our communities awareness. At the same time you would be helping our agency make connections with the community to start a conversation that save lives!
