Rajesh Tenkani was suddenly unconscious at his home and admitted in Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center on April 20th. He had a brain surgery in the early hours of Sunday to remove the blood clot which is of 6cms on his right side of the brain. He is left with no movement in his left arm and leg). Currently he is being treated in NSICU and will moved to normal room based on his condition. Considering the present situation and forseeing the future based on it, we are seeking for contributions which will help him in getting up to speed in his day to day life activities. He needs regular physiotherapy in order to get well soon. We hope your timely support will help Rajesh and his family.
