Efrain lost his life in a tragic motor vehicle accident on June 1.
Efrain was the beloved son of Maria Salva, a preschool teacher at the Windham Early Childhood Center (WECC).  He was also the brother of Luis Alamo of Willimantic and Karla Alamo, who works at the Early Childhood Program at Eastern Connecticut State University (ESCU).
We are setting up this fund to help pay for the final arrangements, so that Maria, Karla, and Luis can properly honor their son and brother, Efrain.
