This weekend, most of us in Austin, TX had to deal with weather that affected us in many ways...some more devastating than others...Today, a family in our beloved community is dealing with the devastating loss of a brother, father and son along with the loss of a home, vehicles and personal belongings.
Edward Hernandez, the eldest brother of Josh and Jeremy Hernandez lost his life while the three were trying to race back home to help their family escape a flooding residence. As brave as each were in trying to make sure that their family was protected, each of them were hit with a force that was unseen.
Edward, Josh and Jeremy were making their way back from work at the Circuit of the Americas early Friday morning when their vehicle was swept away by a flooding creek on 812 about a mile from the track. Both brothers tried to help save Edward but the forces involved proved too great. That morning, GOD decided the fate of Edward despite all efforts of the two.
This GoFund me page is being set up without the knowledge of the Hernandez family, as Edward, Josh and Jeremy's other family from RS3 want to support them as best as we can. We have truly lost a caring, loving, down to earth man.
We are asking for help so that the Hernandez family can get themselves back on solid grand and be able to properly memorialize the life of Edward and are reaching out to this large community for any and all support that can be given.
Thank you for all of you support and caring.
On behalf of the Hernandez family,
The RS3* family.

* This page is being provided to help support the family of Edward Hernandez via his employer Ryan Sanders Sports Services. Any and all funds collected will be given directly to the Hernandez family to help them during this trying time. Edward was employed at RS3. Part of our Core Values is to Promote Family Values and A Team Culture. It was this Core Value that led our team to spring into immediate action to assist one of our own. Eddie was not just an employee, he was RS3 family and being so means we will do everything we can to see that the entire Hernandez family is assisted during this time.
