Educators’ Daughter Needs Your Help
Donation protected
My name is Letitia Nadine Dyer (nicknames: Tisa/Teesha/Tish). My mother recently passed away in Dallas, TX on January 30, 2025. I am trying to raise money to retain a Probate Attorney.
A Little About My Mother:
My mother, Willie Mae Mathis Dyer, was an educator for over 40 years in the cities of Gonzales, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Dallas, TX; and Wilmer-Hutchins, TX. She was an active member of the community and an active member of her church, Cedar Crest CME Cathedral, until she was no longer able to attend services in person. Even so, she continued to worship and serve in whatever ways she could. My parents remained married for over 50 years until my mother was widowed in 2018.
A Little About Me:
I graduated from high school in Dallas, TX, and hold two Associate's degrees and two Bachelor's degrees from Texas colleges. I currently work at a music venue and restaurant in Minneapolis, MN. My role at the venue, StarWait, is to serve the artists that are booked to perform there.
Need for a Probate Attorney:
In my opinion, my sibling seems to be hiding information regarding mom’s property, barring my ability to access mom’s property, hiding information regarding the contents of the property, and they are also hiding other financial matters and the medical care that my mother received, or did not receive.
In my opinion, there is evidence that the person acting as my mother’s Power of Attorney also breached their fiduciary duty by attempting to financially benefit from the death of my mother. There are also many other unanswered questions that I would like to find answers to.
In conclusion, there is a need for an attorney to research and file in probate court to discover whether or not my mother’s funds were being misused, property was fraudulently transferred, and any other breach of fiduciary duties by the person holding the Power of Attorney.
I very much need assistance in dealing with all of these matters at such an emotional time.
If you would like to donate, in any amount, even if all you can donate is $5.00, because if enough people donate even small amounts, it will get us to the goal.
I gratefully thank you in advance.
I found a less expensive Probate Attorney costs for contested estates:
I need to pay $3,750 to retain the attorney, and I can begin paying the rest of the $5,000 when I return to my job in Minnesota.
Initial deposit: $3,750
Total retainer fee: $5,000
Thank you
