Update: She has passed.

Donna Graham was struck by an SUV last night, crossing the sidewalk at Monarch and 12. She is unfortunately not going to make it, but is awaiting organ donor surgery- her last selfless gift to this world.

Hello, my name is Allana. I have had the absolute privilege of having Donna as my neighbour this past several years. She is an absolute light in a dark world and we will all miss her so much.

Every time we left our home we were greeted with her big smiling face, endless stories, laughter, and humble brags about her grand-son and family she adored so much.

Donna never forgot anyone's birthday, and we treasure so many of her beautiful handmade gifts. We treasure the way she looked out for us and all people. We treasure the way she fed the birds, chipmunks, pet the opossum. We treasure her elaborate homemade seasonal decor. We treasure the warmth, joy, and pure kindness she radiated every single day.

Donna lived for her family, they were everything to her. She was on odsp and in constant pain, but she never let that bring anyone else down even though she battled so much. These coming days, weeks, months are going to be so difficult to get through. I implore us as a community to come together and ease the financial burden of this beautiful blessing of a woman.

Thank you so much.
