Tammy (Mac Isaac) Horvath is the strongest woman I know and is fighting the fight of her life!!!
Tammy has always put helping people first and now I think it's time we put her first. As many of you know Tammy is terminally ill with cancer and it is very hard on her and her family. She has an amazing husband Chuck and two awesome sons Hayden 16 and Hunter 12, who she loves very much.
Hunter has a wish to have the family go to Florida so his mom can see him swim in the ocean. Tammy would move heaven and earth to make this happen, but being sick takes it toll on your family as well as your bank accout!!
Im hoping that all the wonderful people who have had the gift of Tammy's touch to help her make this last dream come true!!!!
Unfortunately time is of the essence as we dont know how much longer she will be with us.
