Send Judith to More Yoga Training

After completing my first yoga teacher training last December, through my beloved  The Yoga Of You ‌, I'm still hungry for more. As much as I've gone deeply into the sacred science of yoga, and I know I have a wide range of techniques I can offer to students of many different levels, and with many different interests/goals, I continually acknowledge that there is more to learn.

I have my sights on attending  Yoga Better's ‌ ‌ last teacher training this year. I was planning on waiting for me to be settled in finacially, moved out of my old place into my new place so that my boys can attend a better school, for my schedule to fill up a bit and to create space for it. Most of you that know my path, know that I find my yoga in the chaos. Well, yoga has found me again. I was informed that this training will not take place again til next June, and I choose not to wait. 

I have  been brainstorming on how I can make this work when a friend reminded me that I could just put my pride aside and just Ask... so simple... right? Not! Ha Ha Ha. 

So here I am requesting your assistance in my furthering my knowledge in what I love: mind, body and soul. Please help me attend this training beginning June 17th.

-Mechanical, Neurological, & Circulatory Anatomy – This is the most comprehensive and accurate anatomy course you can take.
-Postures with Variations - More than 1,000 covered
-Injuries and Prevention – Always based on best practices
-Pedagogy – Understanding how to be consistent, effecitve and empowered teaching
-Breathing – The single most important tool for presence – We learn mechanics and best practices
-Meditation – What it is, and what it’s not
-Communication – As a leader, your most important tool
-Yoga History and Context – Why are we here and where we can go
-Business and Money – Empowered around money in yoga? Yes!
-Learning and Cognition – Learning to learn for ourselvesn and how to teach that
-Your Reason to Teach – Why are you standing in front of the room?

If you choose, in exchange for any donations I will be offering my current services.
$25 attend any two of my AM classes
$50 attend any one of my Training sessions & one AM class
$100 attend 2 Training sessions & one AM class
