Hello everyone!
If you don't know much about me, I am a junior violinist at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and I have been playing the violin since I was five years old. I have always loved music, and growing up I played in many local music centers such as Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music, Keene State College Orchestra, Keene Chamber Orchestra, soloist with Windham Orchestra, the Peterborough Players, and many local weddings and concert services. I have also been a part of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, New England Conservatory Preparatory Orchestra, and I have received a high school diploma from Walnut Hill School for the Arts.
Recently, I have gotten the opportunity to study with the concertmaster of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Malcolm Lowe. He has offered me a course that studies what it is like to be concertmaster of a major orchestra, including audition prep, excerpt prep, and solo prep. We will be going over all of the skills needed to excel as an orchestral concertmaster and player.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime for me, and unfortunately, I do not have the money to fund it, as I am also paying for my own schooling and other bills. The course will begin on January 21st, so I would need the tuition for it by then. Any amount of money would be extremely appreciated, or if you cannot help at the moment, please share this!
Thank you all for your time in reading this, happy holidays!
