Hello, friends! As I celebrate my landmark birthday this month (the big 5-0), I’m asking for something a little different: instead of gifts or cards, please consider donating to The University of Fondwa USA, Inc. This incredible organization is dedicated to transforming rural Haiti through university scholarships for nurses, veterinarians, and agronomists and programs that promote sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.

I serve on the board of directors and I am deeply inspired by the University faculty and staff, especially in these extremely challenging times. The students in Haiti give me hope for the future and nothing would give me more joy than providing someone with the opportunity to go to school and help their community.
