Donate to Sheri Schucart's Healing and Rehabilitation

My name is Robyn Schucart. My sister, Sheri Schucart, was in the hospital as of June 15, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh, but she was transferred to Westchester a week later. The news came out when she was transferred down to Westchester that she had an infection through the bloodstream, which was too late for Westchester to do anything to help her, and she had to go through bilateral amputation on all her extremities.

My sister just got discharged on October 15, 2024, from Westchester. Now she’s in the rehab center in Monsey, New York, specifically in Northern Metropolitan Monsey, NY. My sister Sheri Schucart is an awesome and amazing lady. She would give her heart to anybody and be there to help them. For many years, she would volunteer her time helping out with the synagogue of Chabad in Monroe, New York. Also, she was making keychains and other items with all different colors of lanyard. My sister has been strong and courageous, doing what she needs to do.

I am hoping all her family and friends would be able to help her out with some sort of donation to get the better prosthetics which she would need and also expenses that she would need for any living needs, medical, especially on the upgrade of the myoelectric prosthetics, which would make it a lot easier for her to do a lot of her normal hobbies and things that she used to do. Your generous donation would be very appreciated to help my sister Sheri in this long recovery that she’s going to need.
