Donate to Save Dogs at JKRC Rescue

At JKRC Rescue, we’re working tirelessly to save as many innocent dogs as possible, both young and old, before their shelter time runs out. Every day, our volunteers give their all to provide a second chance to dogs in desperate need of a safe and loving home. While we may not be a big rescue, our hearts are HUGE, and we’re committed to making a difference, no matter how challenging it may be.

Our mission extends beyond our local community. We rescue dogs from high-risk shelters in the South and, more recently, we’ve begun saving lives from the AHS-Newark shelter. These dogs had run out of time and needed urgent help to survive. Thanks to our incredible volunteers, we were able to bring them to safety.

But our work doesn’t stop there. Many of the dogs we rescue require medical care and surgeries to ensure they’re healthy, ready for adoption, and can live a long, happy life. Gina, who came to us from Alabama, arrived with her five 7-week-old puppies. We also recently rescued Georgie and Scamp from AHS-Newark. These three dogs need to be fixed, and this is where we need your help. We’re asking for your support to help cover the costs of spaying and neutering these dogs. This is a critical step in ensuring their future well-being, as well as preventing the cycle of overpopulation. With your generous donations, we’ll be able to provide the necessary surgeries and continue our mission to rescue more dogs in need.
