Kevin Smith is a great member of the 1WE team. He originally hails from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Unfortunately, Hurricane Melissa recently landed on the island and caused a severe amount of damage to the country, especially to the Southwest region, where Kevin's home used to be. It was leveled during the storm. Fortunately, his family is safe and working on rebuilding. They are currently starting with the roof. I have inquired about his situation since the storm landed earlier in the month.

He continues to wear a bright smile and keep a positive attitude for each resident, and I think he deserves some assistance from the people he serves every day. I have not let him know of this fundraiser because he is the kind of person to refuse any external support. I believe any amount of support would go a long way for him and his family going into the holiday season.

The money will be transferred to my Bank of America checking account. I will wire/Zelle the total balance to Kevin (avoiding delay of transfer) by END OF DAY DECEMBER 23rd, and I will provide every donor with an email confirmation of successful receipt. Appreciate the support.
