Hello everyone!

My name is Samsara, but most people in my life call me Sam or Sammie.

I am creating this fundraiser because I am at a point of desperation with my finances. I have been effectively out of regular work for my main job as a stagehand. This means that my monthly income took a major hit, and I cannot keep up with my bills/expenses. Recently, within the last month or so, I had my electric bike stolen from my patio, and my car broke down. I need to raise at least $500 for the repairs needed on my vehicle as well as $500 for the deductible side of the cost of a new electric bike. I rely on my bike and car to get to work and for other important errands. To make matters worse, Discover automatically withdrew over $664 from my bank account used to pay for most of my bills (rent, electricity, insurance, etc). This whole year has been terrible for me, and to emphasize my situation, I hardly ask for help. However, I need to because it would mean the difference between being housed and being on the streets.

P.S UPDATE: Repairs on my vehicle are too much ($1,600-2,100), so I have decided to scrap it for cash. The fundraising goal has been changed.
