Donate to help the family of Jolene Zhao

Hi. My name is Jas Thind.

I am raising funds for Jolene Zhao, a 15 year-old high school student who was unassumingly hit by a high-speed car while crossing the street outside of her high school on January 30th, 2024. She suffered life-threatening injuries, including a brain injury that will affect her for the rest of her life. See news article

Jolene is the daughter of a very good friend and colleague of mine, who is unable to work during this very stressful and unfortunate period of their lives. Jolene will need her mother by her side at every moment right now, so I seek to raise money for her and her family to provide for them some relief during this most difficult time.

I ask the community—those who know Jolene and her family and those who simply wish to help a stranger in need—to help me with this task.
