Aloha, my name is Nanea Kaho’onei-Awai granddaughter of James “Nikko” Kaho’onei. i’m making this page for my papa, he passed away on May 20th 2023 because it was so sudden we weren’t prepared for this to happen. My papa was a head diver for Angeline. He absolutely loved what he was doing soo much he would sell to the markets and if he had left overs he would give away to friends and family for either their dinner or big parties (no charge). All they had to do was give him a plate to eat. He was pretty crazy but he was loved by all. Whenever his family or friends were in need of any kind of help he gave everything he could.
