Late evening May 28th, My Grandmother (Ana) and 2 Aunts (Aracely & Gina) were involved in a terrible car accident. From what we know so far, it was the direct result of a car who was fleeing from the police in a high speed car chase and hit them head-on and pushed/rammed them backwards through moving traffic.

Ana (My grandmother):

Currently diagnosed with cancer, Fractured 4 ribs, broke her leg and tore her meniscus. Has major bump/swelling on her left arm. recalls little of the accident itself.

Aracely (aunt): who was driving at the time.

Thankfully only Fractured 3 ribs, had fluctuating blood pressure but of the 3, is the only one who remembers everything that happened and is more psychologically impacted than physically.

Gina (aunt):

Fractured 3 ribs, tore her spleen, and recieved most of the impact as she was tossed about, resulting in a major frontal skull fracture. She has total body bruising and pain. She just recently recieved her residency and moved here to arizona. Currently she does not have medical insurance through her employer and although the hospital was able to get her in-hospital expenses covered she does not qualify for expenses to be paid once she is released from the hospital.

My Entire family and I are thankful that all 3 of them are alive and relatively well considering the circumstances. We are thankful that this part of the nightmare is over but are waking up to the reality that is about to hit. Real- medical bills for the physcal therapy and medical instruments they'll need to recover. Real- Loss of wages due to the inability to work. Legal, attorney fees, anticipated doctor visit fees, property recovery fees, and the list goes on.

This fundraiser is to help the 3 but mainly for my aunt Gina who needs the most both physically and economically. Anything at all helps and is appreciated <3 Thank you.

En la tarde del 28 de mayo, mi abuela (Ana) y dos tías (Aracely y Gina) se vieron involucradas en un terrible accidente automovilístico. Por lo que sabemos hasta ahora, fue el resultado directo de un automóvil que huía de la policía en una persecución a alta velocidad y las golpeó de frente y las empujó hacia atrás a través del tráfico en movimiento.

Ana (Mi abuela):

Actualmente diagnosticada con cáncer, se fracturó 4 costillas, se quiebro la pierna y se desgarró el menisco. Tiene hinchado el brazo izquierdo. recuerda poco del accidente en sí.

Aracely (tía): quien manejaba en ese momento.

Afortunadamente solo se fracturó 3 costillas, tenía la presión fluctuante pero de las 3, es la única que recuerda todo lo que pasó y está más impactada psicológicamente que físicamente.

Gina (tía):

Se fracturó 3 costillas, se desgarró el bazo y recibió la mayor parte del impacto cuando fue arrojada, lo que resultó en una fractura frontal de la cabeza. Ella tiene moretones en todo el cuerpo y mucho dolor. Recientemente recibió su residencia y se mudó aquí a arizona. Actualmente no tiene seguro médico a través de su empleador y, aunque el hospital pudo cubrir sus gastos hospitalarios, no califica para los gastos que se pagarán una vez que sea dada de alta del hospital.

Toda mi familia y yo estamos agradecidos de que las 3 estén vivas y relativamente bien considerando las circunstancias. Estamos agradecidos de que esta parte de la pesadilla haya terminado, pero a la vez estamos despertando a la realidad. Facturas médicas reales para la terapia física y los instrumentos médicos que necesitarán para recuperarse. Pérdida de salarios debido a la incapacidad para trabajar. gastos legales, de abogados, gastos anticipados de visitas al médico, de recuperación de propiedad, y la lista continúa.

Esta recaudación de fondos es para ayudar a las 3 pero principalmente para mi tía Gina que es la que más necesita tanto físico como económicamente. Cualquier cantidad que den, les ayuda y se agradece <3 Gracias.
