Donate to Empower Billie to Rebuild Her Family's New Life

Billie is a single mom with children, who has successfully and recently fled from a domestic violence relationship. She is rebuilding her life in a new location, in order to create safety for herself and her family. I was introduced to Billie through a mutual friend, who shared that she needed food and household items after moving out of a domestic violence shelter and relocating from another state. Because she is now living in an unfamiliar city without the furnishings and items anyone would need to build a home, we felt that a Go Fund Me would be the best way to help her maintain her new housing, and provide for her family. She is very grateful for any and all help; no amount is too small and will greatly benefit this courageous woman and her kiddos. Out of concern for her safety, only general information about Billie and her family can be shared. In here own words, this is Billie's story:

My name is Billie, I’m a domestic violence survivor who had to flee to this state with my kids. I have been planning my escape for months, and once I had the opportunity, I fled my home state. I have lost a sister due to the same situation as me, and I knew what I had to do to get somewhere safe with my kids. It wasn’t easy but, I have moved into my apartment earlier this month, but I’m still in need of home furnishings, and supplies. I am thankful that we are finally free and looking forward to a better life. Thank you all for allowing me to share my story.
