Donate for Stefan’s End of Life Expenses

Update: unfortunately, my dad passed away on October 31. Thank you everyone for your support and love. My dad was so happy and relieved when I told him about this go fund me. It brought tears to his eyes to know how many people cared.

Hello, I am Emily, the daughter of Stefan Hendricks. As many of you know, my dad has been battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer since 2016. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do any longer and my dad is expected to pass within the next few months.

My dad hasn’t been working for about a year now due to his pain and fatigue. Money is extremely tight. He filed for disability and was approved, however, his first check is not expected until October. This means my dad will only receive at most 2-3 checks. It is possible he will never even see one.

My dad has been stressing about leaving his loved ones with any expenses related to his passing. Of course, this is the absolute last thing I want to him to worried about. He has been refusing to do small things like get Dairy Queen blizzards because he doesn’t want to spend any unnecessary money. I want him to enjoy his last few months to the best of his ability without this burden.

Any contributions will go towards the cost of cremation, a memorial service, and possibly a columbarium spot. Thank you for reading and supporting my family during this difficult time.
