Esto paso a las 6:15 de la mañana 08/19/26 yendo al trabajo en la Dawsonvill hwy gainesville ga en frente de dollar tree íbamos los 2 el es mi pareja ambos tenemos el mismo estatus tenemos licencia permiso de trabajo y se lo llevaron a el abrieron la puerta a la fuerza lo golpearon en la cara lo esposaron lo tiraron al piso entre 3 y yo hablaba con el otro para que por favor me dejara ir le quitaron si celular no quisieron dármelo me querían hacer borrar las fotos que tome eran 6 camionetas negras y morenos no lo dejaron expresarse lo sacaron del carro se me llevaron la llave del auto y solo me dieron mi licencia

We are raising funds because he was abruptly detained by immigration agents; he was struck hard in the face and forcibly removed from the car. He is a quiet person with no criminal record who came to this country to work honestly and support his family in Venezuela; he holds all the proper permits to work and drive here.

This happened at 6:15 a.m. on August 19, 2024, while we were on our way to work on Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville, GA, in front of Dollar Tree. We were together; we share the same status and both have driver's licenses and work permits. They took him—they forced the door open, hit him in the face, handcuffed him, and three of them threw him to the ground. I was pleading with another agent to please let me go. They took his cell phone and refused to give it to me; they tried to make me delete the photos I had taken. There were six black SUVs; they didn't let him speak and pulled him out of the car. They took the car keys and only returned my license to me.
