Our beloved Dominic Hillegas

A loving son, a cherished brother, a devoted friend, an animal lover and a simply beautiful soul, Dominic has left our world too soon but leaves a lasting imprint on our hearts which will remain forever.  As we grieve his sudden passing, it is time to remember and celebrate the man that he was.  Dominic was generous and kind and cherished spending time with the people he loved.  He also shined his beautiful light through his love and compassion for animals.  It was dogs that seemed to be his soulmates.  I believe he would agree with AD Williams who said "When I look into the eyes of an animal I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I feel a soul."

A truly selfless soul, Dominic never wanted anyone to fuss over him.  He felt compelled to serve others and was always there to lend a helping hand.  Perhaps now is an opportunity for us to return this favor to him.  For all of you who knew and loved this special man, please take a moment and contribute however much you can to help support end of life expenses.
