Otho's Housing Fund

Otho has been attending WMU in Kalamazoo to complete his bachelor's in Physics. This morning, the house he lives in suffered a terrible fire affecting all apartments, including his. He does not have a renter's insurance policy and has lost everything he owns in this fire. 
The rental property company is doing their best to relocate all the tenants, but he will now need furnishing, clothing, etc. to get back on his feet.

Please help!
