In memory of Jon Rudick

Jonathan G. Rudick of Smithtown, NY passed away on January 1, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.

 

He was a loving husband (Molly) and devoted father (Chloe). Jon is survived by parents Sheila Gallagher-Montone (Dennis) and Andrew Rudick (Donna) and siblings Dennis (Jenna), Dawn (Al), Jonathan (Stephanie), and Andrea.

 

Jon is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and students. He was loved and will be greatly missed by everyone.

 

Jon grew up in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia and attended Holy Ghost Prep, Case Western Reserve University, and University of Pennsylvania. He was a PhD chemist and loved being a professor at Stony Brook University in New York.

 

We are seeking to establish a college fund for Chloe Rudick as well as helping the Rudick family with the necessary expenses during this difficult time.
