disabled trans man in need of top surgery

hello! my name is stan & for the last 10 years of my life, i have been identifying & living as a man. i am 22 now & the damage that binding my large chest for 10 years has caused is irreversible now & i am left with not only the dysphoria still, but with rib damage as well. 

the last year has been incredibly hard on me health wise. i have an extremely bad back, one that has caused me to go on several medical leaves from work & not only will top surgery help me tremendously mentally, it will decrease the awful back pain i experience by a lot. my doctor has personally recommended this surgery to me just for that purpose alone & is confident that top surgery will improve my life in a hundred other ways that have nothing to do with gender identity.
