Devon’s Brain Tumor Surgery Fund

The Fults family needs our support. Devon, a loving and devoted wife, and mother of three young children was diagnosed with a large brain tumor on May 31st. This news was unexpectedly shocking to say the least.

The biggest issue is the tumors location. It starts behind her left eye, wraps around some vital structures underneath the brain and then wraps back around the right side of her brain in the back. It has already caused hydrocephalus, seizures and other concerning symptoms. The tentative plan is to start with a pretty major operation next week. The surgeon will remove a piece of the skull in the front left and resect what he can there. The first surgery is expected to be around 10 hours. The next step would likely be radiation and possibly another open surgery (craniotomy) to the right side to resect the rest of the tumor.

The Fults family is no stranger to medical debt, as they have two young daughters with rare autoimmune diagnosis requiring traveling the country for appointments, procedures, tests, treatments and other interventions. Devon and her husband Josh have gone to war for their children and now it’s Devon that needs our support more than ever.
