Denise Ducart is Getting A Kidney!

Its truly a Christmas Miracle! After many years of patiently waiting Denise has found a kidney transplant match through the Paired Donation program at Mayo Clinic. The surgery will be happening Dec. 19th in Rochester. She will be in the hospital for approximately a week and then staying close by at the transplant house under watchful eye until early January. Denise is a full time Real Estate Professional and has been for the past 30 years where she is still currently working at Coldwell Banker East West.  She will most likely be unable to work for many months and recovery time is unknown.  As you can imagine many tremendous medical costs are involved in a transplant surgery along with travel to Rochester, hotel/accommodations, food and  not to mention the future expense of anti rejections medications for life. She is also a devoted wife, mother, and has a granddaughter she adores. Denise is loved and adored by all who are lucky enough to know her. She is a kind, generous and caring soul. No one deserves this miracle more. Denise has lived with Type 1 Diabetes since she was 2 years old. This blessing is an amazing opportunity since Denise is a very tough match due to her PRA which means only 1  out of 100 people will match her.
