Delilah’s Therapy Companion

I am grandmother to this beautiful angel above. In March 2022, Delilah Jane was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. Rett syndrome is a rare genetic neurological disorder that occurs primarily in girls, and leads to severe impairments, affecting nearly every aspect of the child’s life.

We have become increasingly aware of the amazing gifts a therapy dog can bring to someone with special needs. Especially with children that have seizures.
